On a warm Saturday morning, my wife and I set out to explore the arches and bridges of Central Park. The plan was to follow a north-to-south path, visiting as many bridges and arches as possible. I have compiled a trail that goes through 31 arches and bridges. I am not sure whether there are more arches that were left unvisited, but this is a good starting guide. Since I haven’t found a trail on Alltrails.com or anywhere else online, I decided to make one myself.
In total, we walked 6.93 miles in about 2.5 hours, enjoying a leisurely pace and stopping take photos of these historic structures.
